Corn Chilla - by bela






Ingredients   
:- 
   Sweet corn - 1 kg.(grated) 
  besan - 1 cup
  wheat flour - 1 cup
  semolina - 2 cups
  coriander - 1 cup (finely chopped)
  tomatoes - 1 cup (finely chopped)
  curd - 1 cup
  Ginger - green chilly paste – two table-spoons 
  Edible oil 
  salt - as per taste
 

                                                                                                         Method- 

1 .  Take a large vessel an add grated corn, semolina, besan and wheat flour and mix it well.
2 .  Add tomatoes, coriander, chilly paste, curd and salt.
3 .  Beat the mixture thoroughly adjust the consistency by adding little water if required.
4 .  Heat a tawa and grease it with oil.
5 .  Spread the batter on the tawa and prepare chilla.
6 . Serve hot chilla with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Methi Bhaji Muthiya -by bela


 

 

Ingredients  :-

 

 wheat flour  -2 cups
besan - 2 cups
red chilly powder - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
sesame seeds - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 1 tsp
carom seeds - 1 tsp
sugar - 2 tsp
lemon juice - 2 tsp
  chopped methi bhaji - 2 cups
green chilly paste – 2 tsp
Edible oil - for deep frying
Salt -as per taste



 


                                                    Method 

1 . Take a large plate and add wheat flour and besan.
2 .  Add all the above mentioned indredients , 2 tbsp oil and mix properly.
3 . Add water and make muthiyas.
4 . Deep fry in hot oil until they turn crisp and brown .
